The Mental Fitness Lounge is educational. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. Using this site does not create a therapist–client or doctor–patient relationship with Zack Etter or Holistic Performance Consulting, LLC, even though Zack is a licensed therapist. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a professional licensed in your state.

The Mental Fitness Lounge ("the Lounge", "we", "us") is operated by Holistic Performance Consulting, LLC. You can reach us at zack@holisticperformanceconsulting.com.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Lounge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
An active membership gives you access to the playbooks, live events and their replays, the private member community, and other member content we publish from time to time. We may add, change, or remove content and features. We do not guarantee that any particular playbook, event, or feature will remain available.
Content in the Lounge is general education about mental fitness and performance. It is not individualized advice and cannot account for your specific circumstances, history, or diagnosis.
Zack Etter is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant. Those credentials describe his background. They do not mean that your use of the Lounge is a clinical service, and no clinical relationship is formed by reading content, attending a live event, or posting in the community.
One-on-one sessions booked through this site are a separate service and are mental performance coaching, not therapy or clinical treatment. Coaching is available to clients anywhere in the world. Therapy and other clinical services are a different matter entirely: they are offered only in states where Zack holds a license, are arranged separately, and are not booked through this site.
Either way, you will review and sign a separate informed consent agreement before that work begins. Nothing in these Terms governs that relationship, and booking a session is not covered by your membership.
The quiz result is a suggested starting point based on your answers. It's not a formal screening tool or diagnosis.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person. Please do not share your login, and do not copy, redistribute, or resell Lounge content.
Membership is $24.99 per month, preceded by a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged at the end of the trial and then automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change with advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from the Manage Membership link in the site footer while logged in. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Our member community is a space where people discuss difficult personal topics. Be respectful. Do not harass other members, share others' private information, give medical advice, or promote products. We may remove content or end a membership for behavior that makes the space unsafe. Anything you post is visible to other members — please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
The playbooks, videos, graphics, and written material in the Lounge belong to us and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
We rely on third parties including Memberstack (accounts), Stripe (payments), Kit (email), Calendly (booking), and Facebook (the member community group). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We also link to outside resources we do not control and are not responsible for.
The Lounge is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content will produce any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Lounge is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Lounge at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it ends.
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will let members know by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the Lounge after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
